Eligible patients may benefit from connected devices that securely share important health readings with the Altix Medical care team.
Depending on the patient’s condition, readings may include blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, heart rate, or blood oxygen levels.
Remote Patient Monitoring helps patients stay engaged in their care and gives providers additional information between visits. Our team also helps patients understand how to use their device and remain comfortable with the program.
